With all that is happening in Ward 7, the timing is perfect for a Ward 7 story circle! We would suggest, of course, that the connection of the community to Anacostia River and Anacostia Park are essential. Both the park and the river have played an important role to previous generations as they do to future ones. Enjoying the green, open space and fishing were common. But there are also bad memories, such as the fire at the dump in Kenilworth Park that took the life of Kelvin Mock.
