Join APACC as participants in this event. What does housing have to do with Anacostia Park and Anacostia River? Two of APACC’s goals relate to affordable housing:

Enhance the quality of life of residents and other stakeholder in communities near the river by improving access to economic opportunities, affordable housing, wellness and healthcare, and parkland and other outdoor recreation opportunities.

Enhance environmental justice in communities east of the river by cleaning up the Anacostia River and the broader local environment, including enhancing climate resiliency for the long-term health of the community.
