Workers' Rights Clinics this August: The Washington Lawyers' Committee continues their clinics in August. All are welcome to participate. Contact Allen Cardenas, Clinic Coordinator, at 319-1000 with questions.

  • WEDNESDAY CLINICS (August 8, August 22, August 22, 6:00-9:00 pm)—Sign up starts at 5:00 pm, walk-ins accepted until 7:00 pm; Bread for the City NW (1525 7th St, NW)
  • SATURDAY CLINIC (August 25, 10:00 am - 1:00 pm)—Sign up starts at 9:45 am. Walk-Ins accepted until 11:00 am; Bread for the City SE (1640 Good Hope Rd, SE)

The Bread for the City Legal Clinic will be closed for intake appointments starting Wednesday, August 1 and re-open Tuesday, September 11, intake appointments can be made by calling the following numbers Monday - Thursday: 202-480-8950 (NW) or 202-791-3982 (SE). Bread for the City Legal Clinic’s work in court-based projects—Landlord & Tenant Branch, Paternity & Support Branch, and the NW and SE Domestic Violence Intake Centers—continues throughout the summer.
