Fall Fun at Late Skate events in Anacostia Park!

Hundreds of people have attended the two “Late Skate” events in Anacostia Park this September and October for free community celebrations hosted by the National Park Service with support from the Friends of Anacostia Park and APACC.

The next Late Skate event scheduled for Saturday, October 30 will feature a town hall harvest festival, games, free roller skate rentals, and more. Join us at the Anacostia Park Skating Pavilion and celebrate fall!

Late Skate is part of a shared effort between the National Park Service and the Friends of Anacostia Park and members of the Collaborative to engage residents of Ward 7 and Ward 8 in meaningful events and programming. Learn more at I Love Anacostia Park.
