Get the 411: Resources to build capacity, be better, do better

Every person, every organization can get better at something. It's not always easy to find the help needed. It's not always easy to make the time to find the help you need.

That's where the Building Capacity in Wards 7 and 8 newsletter comes in. One of APACC’s roles is to find resources that can help organizations working around the Anacostia River corridor build their capacity to meet their missions and realize their visions. We share free and low-cost training/learning opportunities, good reads, tricks and tools to be more efficient, capacity building resource organizations, podcasts, news, and more.

This information arrives in your inbox every week in a free newsletter.

This email newsletter and the resources we find are not only for the 18 current APACC members. Not at all. They are for the many nonprofits, DC government agencies, community organizations formal and informal, and individuals who live, work, or have a stake in Wards 7 and 8.

Ultimately, we hope that together, APACC and communities in the Anacostia River corridor can advance a shared community-driven agenda to improve the quality of life in Wards 7 and 8 and protect and restore natural resources.
