The DC Council is currently on recess and returns Wednesday, January 2, 2019.
Ward 7 CM Vince Gray’s office is closed for the holidays. It will re-open Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at 9:00 am.

DC Council’s swearing-in ceremony is Wednesday, January 2, 2019 at 9:30 am at Walter E. Washington Convention Center (801 Mount Vernon Pl, NW, Ballrooms A and B). Councilmembers being sworn-in are Phil Mendelson (At-large, Chair), Elissa Silverman (At-large, Anita Bonds (At-large), Brianne Nadeau (Ward 1), Mary Cheh (Ward 3), Kenyan McDuffie (Ward 5), and Charles Allen (Ward 6). Mayor Bowser and Karl Racine, along with school board members and ANCs, will also be sworn-in. The council’s press release (Word) has details.
